Minimum Charge Reason

I would like to take a moment to explain the reasons for the 75k minimum charge, and I hope you can understand.

The state of California requires us contractors to carry so much insurance (as well as other mandatory laws) that it’s as if they want us to fail. So my accountant of 20 years and I sat down one day to figure out how much income is needed in order to keep things afloat.

Without the minimum, I would receive over thirty calls per day. So many nice people would call and tell me that they are big fans of our work, and that they would love for us to come over and plant some impatience, or that they need one Lemon tree planted.

Though I wish we could take on cases like this, it would be the same as me going to their house and writing them a check.
